Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $59 and free for orders of $59 or more. Standard orders usually require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by 2–5 business days for delivery.

How do I return an item?

Contact support@rotationtools.cn within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return authorization and the correct U.S. return address before you send the item back.

For non-quality returns, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You pay return shipping, and any original shipping charges are not refundable. For defective or incorrect items, ROTATION covers return shipping and refunds any original shipping charges paid.
